Hello, I'm Katelin! I am the founder of Kinetic Frameworks and my mission is to eliminate chronic pain from the world. To achieve this, I help clients understand the origin of their pain and address the underlying cause. My goal is for clients to leave my office with a renewed sense of comfort in their bodies and feeling empowered to manage their pain.
With almost 10 years of experience in massage therapy, my favorite aspect is working with clients who actively collaborate with me to solve their pain issues. Pain is a subjective experience that varies for each individual. While some pains have straightforward solutions, others may require more time to identify the root cause. It's incredibly valuable when a client actively participates in the conversation and demonstrates motivation to find solutions. Being able to partner with them on this journey brings me great satisfaction.

The technique places a primary focus on the overall structure of your body. It is important to understand that proper alignment of the hips is crucial, as it serves as the foundation for the rest of your body. Without proper alignment in the hips, any other adjustments made will not have long-lasting effects. Our goal is to provide relief that lasts in the long-term.
Even seemingly simple actions like sleeping in one position for extended periods can cause misalignment in the hips. For example, if you tend to kick your leg out while sleeping, it can throw your hips out of alignment.
Muscle misalignment can also contribute to displacing joints. Once we ensure that structural alignment is corrected if necessary, we assess how muscles are activating or not activating properly. We use resistance techniques to activate muscles and bring them back into place, potentially realigning attached bones as well.
To maintain these realignments, retraining the brain becomes essential.
